…oops - Replace O(N*M) nested iteration in `getTransferableLines` with an O(1) indexed lookup via `buildStationIndex`. - Avoid recalculating transferable lines repeatedly inside the `filter` callback in `TripEditor` and `RailRound`. - Update `.jules/bolt.md` journal with performance learning.
